Growing our practice

Doc

I want to take a moment to share something personal.

You are the reason I thrive as a physician.

Medicine, at its best, is far more than diagnoses, prescriptions, or procedures. It is connection. The conversations we share, the trust we build, and the opportunity to walk alongside you through different stages of life are what make this work deeply meaningful. Caring for you and your families is truly a privilege.

I have always believed that if we encourage others to “walk the walk” — staying active, eating thoughtfully, managing stress, nurturing relationships, and remaining curious — we must do the same ourselves. Your dedication to improving your health continually motivates me to do the same.

Another gift of medicine is that learning never ends. Research evolves, new insights emerge, and our understanding of health continues to expand. I devote significant time to ongoing education so that the care we choose together reflects not only experience, but the most current medical knowledge available. Constant learning keeps us young. Curiosity keeps us engaged. Growth — physically, mentally, and emotionally — is possible at every stage of life.

As my concierge practice grows, my goal is to extend this same thoughtful, relationship-based care to more individuals seeking a deeper partnership in their health. Many people today are looking for medicine that feels personal again — unhurried visits, careful listening, prevention-focused care, and guidance grounded in both science and real-life experience.

If you know friends, family members, or colleagues who may benefit from this kind of medical relationship, I would sincerely appreciate your referrals. The patients who thrive here are those referred by people who already understand the value of personalized care.

There is no greater compliment than entrusting me with the care of someone important to you.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives. Your trust, commitment, and partnership are what make this work so fulfilling.

With gratitude,
Richard Steslow, D.O.
